The Team

Jordan Goldberg

is the co-founder of stickK, widely regarded as a model enterprise of applied behavioral science. Jordan has years of experience at the forefront of decision science, goal setting & incentive program design. At the Applied Behavioral Economics Group, Jordan successfully leverages a wide breadth of behavioral science in sales, product marketing, product design, and pricing strategy — yielding positive and meaningful outcomes for client organizations. Jordan is a featured speaker on the subject of behavioral science at Fortune 500 companies and a regular guest lecturer in multiple academic programs.

Dean Karlan

Dean Karlan is the Chief Economist for USAID (2022-present) and Frederic Esser Nemmers Distinguished Professor of Economics and Finance at Northwestern University. Dean specializes in using randomized evaluations to drive effective policy design. An award winning researcher and celebrated author, Dean is also the Founder of Innovations for Poverty Action, a hugely influential non-profit organization dedicated to discovering and promoting solutions to global poverty problems. In 2015, he also co-founded ImpactMatters, a nonprofit dedicated to estimating and rating impact of nonprofit organizations in order to help donors choose good charities and to promote more transparency in the nonprofit sector.
